1. Teacher Registration Fee

Non-Refundable Registration

The teacher registration fee of $455 is non-refundable under the following conditions:

  • Once the teacher account has been approved by our admin team
  • After the teacher has uploaded demo videos to the platform
  • If the teacher has conducted any live classes

Refundable Scenarios

The registration fee may be refunded in these limited circumstances:

  • Application rejected by admin within 30 days due to insufficient documentation
  • Technical issues preventing account activation (verified by our technical team)
  • Duplicate payments made in error

2. Student Class Payments

Class Cancellation by Teacher

  • Full refund if teacher cancels with 24+ hours notice
  • Full refund if teacher fails to show up for scheduled class
  • Full refund if technical issues prevent class from occurring

Class Cancellation by Student

  • Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before class
  • 50% refund if cancelled 6-24 hours before class
  • No refund if cancelled less than 6 hours before class
  • No refund for no-shows

Class Quality Issues

Refunds may be issued for quality-related concerns:

  • Teacher significantly deviates from advertised curriculum
  • Poor audio/video quality affecting learning experience
  • Inappropriate behavior by teacher (verified by review)

3. Test Series and Digital Content

Digital Content Refunds

  • No refunds once content has been accessed or downloaded
  • Full refund if content is not delivered within 48 hours
  • Partial refunds considered for significantly defective content

6. Platform Commission

When refunds are issued to students:

  • Full amount refunded to student
  • Teacher's 85% share deducted from their earnings
  • Platform's 15% commission refunded as well
  • No additional fees charged for refund processing

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Force Majeure Events

In case of events beyond our control:

  • Natural disasters affecting service delivery
  • Major technical outages lasting 24+ hours
  • Government regulations preventing service
  • Pandemic-related restrictions

Account Termination

  • Voluntary account closure: Pro-rated refunds for unused services
  • Account suspension for violation: No refunds issued
  • Platform discontinuation: Full refunds for future services

8. International Considerations

Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Refunds processed in original transaction currency
  • Exchange rate fluctuations may affect final amount
  • International transaction fees may apply
