The teacher registration fee of $455 is non-refundable under the following conditions:

- After the teacher has uploaded demo videos to the platform
- If the teacher has conducted any live classes
Refundable Scenarios
The registration fee may be refunded in these limited circumstances:
- Application rejected by admin within 30 days due to insufficient documentation
- Technical issues preventing account activation (verified by our technical team)
- Duplicate payments made in error
2. Student Class Payments
Class Cancellation by Teacher
- Full refund if teacher cancels with 24+ hours notice
- Full refund if teacher fails to show up for scheduled class
- Full refund if technical issues prevent class from occurring
Class Cancellation by Student
- Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before class
- 50% refund if cancelled 6-24 hours before class
- No refund if cancelled less than 6 hours before class
- No refund for no-shows
Class Quality Issues
Refunds may be issued for quality-related concerns:
- Teacher significantly deviates from advertised curriculum
- Poor audio/video quality affecting learning experience
- Inappropriate behavior by teacher (verified by review)
3. Test Series and Digital Content

- No refunds once content has been accessed or downloaded
- Full refund if content is not delivered within 48 hours
