• Teacher Progressive Web App for teaching and content creation
• Admin Panel for platform management
• Public Website for information and access

3. User Accounts and Registration

Student Registration

• Students can register for free through the Student App
• Must provide accurate and complete information
• Responsible for maintaining account security

Teacher Registration

• Teachers must pay a one-time registration fee of $455
• Must provide valid credentials and documentation
• Subject to admin approval process
• Must upload 3 demo videos per subject

4. Payment Terms

Teacher Registration Fee

• $455 one-time fee for teacher registration
• Non-refundable once approved
• Includes platform access and demo video hosting

Class Payments

• Students pay for classes directly through the platform
• Teachers receive 85% of class fees
• Platform retains 15% for maintenance and development
• Payments processed securely through integrated payment gateways

5. User Responsibilities

All Users

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain respectful and professional behavior
• Not engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

Teachers

• Provide quality educational content
• Maintain professional conduct during classes
• Respect student privacy and data
• Adhere to scheduled class times

Students

• Attend scheduled classes punctually
• Respect teachers and other students
• Use platform resources appropriately
• Provide honest feedback and ratings

6. Content and Intellectual Property

User Content

• Users retain ownership of content they create
• Grant Educationali license to use content for platform operations
• Responsible for ensuring content doesn't infringe on others' rights

Platform Content

• Educationali owns all platform-specific content and features
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content
• All trademarks and logos are property of Educationali

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Platform Availability
